Spout Springs Shell Building

Project Overview

We constructed a beautiful 10,000-square-foot shopping center for owner Ralph Huff in Spout Springs, later updated to include a Dunkin’ Donuts. The pre-engineered building featured a blend of stucco and masonry finishes, along with a TPO light rubber roof for durability and efficiency. For Dunkin’ Donuts, we installed a side exhaust for the hood system and placed all HVAC systems on the ground in protective cages to reduce roof penetrations and leaks. The result was a modern, durable, and attractive shopping center in Spout Springs, North Carolina.
