Pizza Hut

Commercial Construction Contractors completed an extensive commercial shell renovation for Pizza Hut, including demolition, building systems, exterior improvements, and preparation of the space for restaurant operations.

Scope of Work: Demolition of existing partitions, ceilings, and flooring; concrete slab leveling; storefront; service door; roofing; electrical and gas service; plumbing and sewer; HVAC; sprinkler and fire alarm systems; signage; pickup window; and vehicle pickup lanes and paving.

Result: The approximately 1,625-square-foot project was completed within an accelerated 6–7 week construction schedule.
