Project Overview

We worked with Tony Schiavone and Ralph Huff, alongside SFLA Architects, to renovate a historic downtown building. The 8,000 square foot project included refinishing the original hardwood floors, creating a modern Chamber of Commerce space on the first floor and half of the second. Adding two stylish upstairs apartments. We built drywall ceiling clouds to conceal HVAC and integrate lighting. Installed barn doors and completed the apartments with beautiful kitchen cabinetry. The result blended historic character with modern function.
