Commons Community Workshop

Commercial Construction Contractors completed an interior expansion connecting Commons Community Workshop No. 2 with the original Commons space while creating new private offices and conference rooms.

Scope of Work: Demolition and creation of an opening connecting the two spaces, wood-stud framing, new private offices and conference rooms, drywall, insulation, nine new doors and hardware, crown molding and trim, painting and staining, demolition of existing flooring, new LVP and carpet, restroom signage, and electrical work for new lighting.

Result: The expansion was successfully completed, providing a connected and updated workspace with new offices, conference areas, and finishes.
