Wes's experience at Rodgers Builders, Inc., where he served as a Field Engineer, Project Scheduler, and Project Estimator, provided him with invaluable insights into the commercial construction industry. His subsequent role as Chief Estimator at McKinley Building Company in Wilmington, NC, where he worked on projects ranging from $20,000 to $4,300,000, further honed his expertise. As president of a building company in Wilmington, Wes oversaw the construction of over 110 homes ranging in price from $150,000 to $1,000,000, in addition to the St. James Plantation Indoor Swimming Pool Complex and over $38,000,000 in other residential and commercial projects. Wes Davis was President, Senior Estimator, and Senior Project Manager for Commercial Building, Inc. for 14 years. He did commercial projects including multiple shopping centers, Fayetteville Chamber of Commerce, Elevance Medical Facility, Five Guys, Capital Encore Elementary, Middle School, and High School. He went all over the state doing Mariner finance projects from Jacksonville, North Carolina, all the way to Hickory, North Carolina, doing over 35 million dollars of construction in 14 years.
